Full plot (spoilers)

Cohen Black (Jeremy Sumpter) wakes up in a hospital from a coma with no memory of who he is. He was found nearly drowned by a fisherman five months earlier and has been unconscious since. As he struggles to piece together his identity, he is confronted by a detective named Wyatt who regards him as the prime suspect in an ongoing serial murder case. Cohen is aided by nurse Sofia Bloome (Pardis Saremi), who helps him try to understand his past and the significance of the name 'Ethan Tucker.' He experiences fragmented, disturbing memories — including images of himself surrounded by a table of women, among them Grace Veum (Taryn Manning). Feeling hunted and desperate, Cohen flees to a rundown motel, where he crosses paths with a volatile local figure known as '10 o'Clock Jack' (Lochlyn Munro). Despite his growing bond with Sofia, Cohen becomes entangled with another woman named Misha. The film follows Cohen's race to uncover the truth about his identity and past before the mounting evidence against him — and his own buried memories — lead to catastrophic consequences. The tagline 'His mind is the crime scene' underscores the central tension: Cohen himself may hold the key to solving — or incriminating himself in — the murders.
